BUSINESS CREDIT APPLICATION
AUTHORIZATION FOR RELEASE OF INFORMATION
I/We have applied for a credit account with ARA Signs. As part of the application process, ARA Signs may verify information contained in my/our credit application and in other documents required in connection with the request.
I/We authorize you to provide ARA Signs any and all information and documentation that they request. Such information includes, but is not limited to: bank, money market and similar account information; business credit references; and credit history.
ARA Signs may address this authorization to any party named on the application.
A photocopy or a faxed copy of this authorization may be accepted as an original.
Your prompt reply to ARA Signs is appreciated.
This information is held in the strictest confidence and is only used by ARA Signs to determine credit worthiness.
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
I/We accept ARA Signs’ terms of credit as follows:
- NET 30. An account shall be considered past due after 30 days from the date of invoice.
- A service fee of 1.5% per month shall be charged on all past due accounts.
- In the event that a past due amount is referred to an agency or attorney for collection, the undersigned will pay all costs of collection, including reasonable check handling, collection and attorney’s fees.
The undersigned certifies that he/she is authorized to act on behalf of the company applying for business credit, hereby authorizes the Release of Information and accepts ARA Signs’ Terms of Credit:
