Reflective aluminum Road Sign
Our Road Signs are MUTCD compliant and are made using .080” 5052-H38 ALUMINUM;
the thickness, alloy and hardness specified by the FHWA and most DOT and Highway Departments for all but very large signs.
Like all ARA Signs, our Traffic and Custom Road Signs are available in
3 different GRADES of 3M™ reflective sheetings
- Engineer Grade / Commercial Grade: “Good”, lowest reflectivity, least durable, lowest cost, but rarely approved for use on public roads
- High Intensity: “Better”, about 5 times more reflective than EG, far more durable (10 year 3M™ warranty), modestly priced
- Diamond Grade: “Best”, about 10 times more reflective than EG, most durable (12 year 3M™ warranty), highest cost

ARA Signs are available in various SIZES
- standard traffic sizes for use on Public Roads, Streets and Highways
